I’m Vincent Mulvey, the Director and Practitioner for Ultra Scalp Ink, the highly successful, professional and discreet Scalp Micropigmentation clinic that I currently run with my wife, Angela. I was born in Brooklyn, New York and have been living in the United Kingdom since 2012. I have suffered with hair loss from my early 20’s and it was a blow to the ego when people started to point it out to me. I’ve struggled with low self esteem and confidence for over 20 years. Knowing how much this was effecting my mental health, Angela mentioned SMP, as several members of her family and friends have had the procedure. She convinced me to look into this procedure, as she knew that I would never consider a hair transplant. I decided to research the treatments, which I never heard of prior, and I was fascinated looking at the before and after images that I found online. After tireless hours of research over many months, I decided to move forward with the procedure and have not looked back since!
We then made the decision to train in the field and give back the confidence, self esteem and satisfaction that I struggled with for so many years, to both men and women who suffer with varying degrees of hair loss. Angela and I both trained in Birmingham, United Kingdom with one of the most well renowned Scalp Micropigmentation companies in the world. It’s the same company who performed my Scalp Micropigmentation procedure! While researching where we could train, I contacted to see if they had any suggestions and informed me they trained as well! As I was thrilled with my treatments, it was an easy decision for Angela and I to move forward.
We have since opened Ultra Scalp Ink, our very own practice located in Lathom, West Lancashire, which is between Ormskirk and Skelmersdale in Northwest England. We want our clients to feel they’re in great hands with us, at ease in our warm and welcoming “Home Away From Home” clinic. We’re open 7 days a week (excluding Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday) from 8AM to 8PM. We are also willing to work with our clients if these times do not work for you. We even offer a free concierge, pick up and drop off service for our clients who do not drive or prefer to leave their car at home. Our journey began many years ago and we’d like to share it with you today!
