At Ultra Scalp Ink, we want our customers to feel comfortable with the process and ask any and all queries that they may have. That’s why we offer a FREE, NO OBLIGATION consultation with Angela and / or Vincent. This consultation will allow the prospective client to let us know what they would like to achieve by having the treatment and will give us the opportunity to have a look at their scalp and judge what option would suit, including the colour scheme we would use. During consultations, we:
• Will answer and and all questions potential clients may have
• Will discuss the different options you have
• Will discuss the colour scheme we will use on the scalp
• Will discuss the different options for your new hairline (hairline reconstruction) IF this applies. Please note – if only a density fill is required, you will not need to choose a new hairline
• Will show you where the procedures are performed, the equipment used etc. Please note – if there is a customer having a procedure performed during your consultation and they prefer to not be disturbed during their procedure, we will send you images to your mobile or via email
• Will provide a bespoke quote
• Will discuss the different options of how you can make payments , if you agree to move forward with the procedure
• Will book in all three appointments.
• Will have you fill out your medical consent form so you you will not have to do this prior to your first treatment
• Will take Before photos
If you can not attend a face to face consultation, we also offer the option of FaceTime or a What’s App phone call. If the appointment is not face to face, we will need to see images of the head – the top of the head, the left and the right side and finally the back. If it is a FaceTime call, we can take a look during the conversation but we will still require images in order to provide a bespoke quote. If you choose to move forward the procedure, you will need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first treatment to fill out your medical consent form and take your before photos.
We also understand that not everyone has a drivers license or a car. Some clients may prefer not to take their car to our facility. This is why we are now offering a pick up and drop off service, FREE OF CHARGE, for the consultation, treatment sessions or both from local public transportation. Via Train – Parbold, Hoscar, Burscough or Ormskirk stations. Via Bus – Skelmersdale Concourse Shopping Centre, Lathom High School on Glenburn Road, Our Ladys Rchs on Glenburn Road, Lathom HS on Glenburn Road or ASDA Depot on Stratham Road.
